Well, I had a pretty good day today overall. No huge blowouts. The only problem is I have no money until Saturday when I pay myself again. The reason for this is because $19 got taken from my account to pay for my magazine subscription to Notebook (which I still haven't received the new edition of...). I also had to spend $10 on a ringworm cream - completely neccessary.
The amendment to my pay will go through tomorrow morning - an extra $400, which makes my pay normal. I'll put it aside for my credit card payments later in the month.
Also, I re-activated my super account with Australian Super, so I'm on my way to achieving one of my goals for the month. Tomorrow I'll print out the forms to transfer the super over from my other existing accounts and I'll be all set. Yay! This makes me really proud of myself. I feel like this is a huge step in taking responsibility for my life and my future. Go me! So happy!
Tomorrow I am finally going to change my address with GE and also ring telstra and cancel the stupid expensive phone and broadband plan. I don't care if I have to pay it out if it means I can save money in the long run. Such a waste of money. Really.
